Article Process Charge for Open-Access Publications

We charge for article process charge (APC) for open-access distributed publication under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0). Because the journal is for a subscription with options for open-access publications. This makes the cost a little higher than the general open-access (OA) journal

In the meantime, the journal is edited and run by academic professionals, which the cost is normally higher than the OA journal.  Below is a list of the APCs for various categories:

1. $ 2000 for regular open-access article (including papers for a special issue that authors initiate and edit);

2. $ 1000 for editor(s) invited submission research article;

3. APC is waived for the editors invited editorial, review, perspective and commentary;

4. All APC will be paid after a paper is accepted for a publication.

 When authors chose to an open-access publication of their article, we will insert a text in the paper "Copyright: ©2019 by the authors, Licensee Global Clinical and Translational Research Institute, Inc, Bethesda, MD. This article is an open-access article distributed under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0, https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/)", which allows users to copy, distribute, transmit, adapt and make commercial use of the work under the condition that the user must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests they endorse the user or their use of the work).

Published materials can be reproduced without obtaining permission as long as the correct citation of the original material is given. Please note that some figures, tables or texts inside a paper may be taken from other copyrighted publications, which you may need to seek permissions from the original copyright holder.
